Fred Morley

Fred is the Superintendent of Gethsemane and St. Patrick Cemeteries. Fred began his work at the cemeteries on April 3, 2013. Fred stays quite active away from the cemeteries as well. Fred is passionate about golf. Fred says that his favorite place is “any golf course in the country.” He is particularly fond of Arizona which is understandable given all the rain in the Pacific Northwest. Fred is also active in his parish, St. Patrick in Tacoma, as the head usher and a member of the parish’s Liturgy Committee. In between times, Fred likes to feast on his favorite food: Philly steak sandwiches. Fred was born and raised in the cemetery/funeral profession. He is a licensed funeral director but left work in a local funeral home when he came to Associated Catholic Cemeteries as cemetery Superintendent in 2013. Fred is noted for saying “My favorite things about Associated Catholic Cemeteries is the encouragement I receive from our staff and that our number one priority is to the families we serve.” In that spirit Fred notes “I look forward to and enjoy coming to work every day.”
