Romy Ramos

Romy began his service with Associated Catholic Cemeteries in August 2003. He is originally from the Philippines and Romy speaks fluent Tagalog. He also loves Filipino food such as Adobo pork and chicken. He also says he loves salmon because it is “good for the heart and soul.” Romy lists his favorite book as the Holy Bible and says that every page is interesting. He got involved in cemetery ministry because he loves serving people, especially the youth and the elderly. His wife found the job opening and the idea intrigued him. He loves spending time in Todoya Falls in the Philippines. When not there or working, you are likely to find him in the Seattle or Shoreline libraries. He loves reading, writing stories with a blessed ending, singing and playing the harmonica and helping people. He says “working at our Catholic cemeteries is a God-given privilege. It always allows us to help families find peace and closeness to the Lord.
